Associate Pastor

Pastor Bee is from Dallas, Texas and graduated from the University of Alabama – Honors College for her undergraduate degree. Before moving to Baltimore, Bee spent almost three years as a Youth Minister in Pensacola, Florida. In 2021, Bee elected to serve as a hospital chaplain in the COVID-19 unit during Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE). In 2022, Bee served as the Pastor for McDavid UMC in Florida before her husband’s job transfer to Towson in January 2023. Pastor Bee currently attends Asbury Theological Seminary and plans to finish her Masters of Divinity in May 2024.

Before following her calling to ministry, Pastor Bee was a Sports Anchor and Sideline Reporter for 10 years. She went by the name Britton Lynn then – before marrying her husband, Britton, who has the exact same name! They now both go by their different nicknames to make things less confusing. Pastor Bee and her husband, “Britt,” have a dog, Rudy, named after the famous Notre Dame player of course! They love sports, hiking and anything outdoors. Pastor Bee is a Licensed Local Pastor in the Baltimore/DC UMC Conference and is passionate about pastoral care, hearing people’s stories and building strong relationships. Pastor Bee also feels called to inspire youth and young adults to participate in the mission of the church through outreach and involvement. Pastor Bee, Britt and Ruby are excited to be a part of the Towson UMC family!
